Dopod A8 Diamond - Not expensive but complete

The Dopod mark should not tell you large-thing and you could think that it is still a manufacturer of telephones OEM moreover, but it is not the case. Dopod is a manufacturer Taiwanese of telephones, centered since 2004 on the Asian markets and Australian. Passed under the bosom of HTC in 2006, it manufactures mainly revolving telephones under Windows Mobiles and Android.

Since the beginning of the year, Dopod put on the market a model of line entry equipped with an operating system owner, Dopod A8 Diamond.

The design of A8 is inspired by the HTC Magic and the user interface is not without pointing out the operating system Android. Plastics of Dopod are brilliant and it is available in black or white. The case integrates several buttons: 5 on the front face (including 3 retro enlightened), one on each side of the telephone (adjustment of volume and catch of sight), and the boîtie is provided with a telescopic stylet.

Even if we have to make on a telephone of line entry, Dopod A8 Diamond is equipped with a complete whole of functionalities: GSM/GPRS quadri bands (for a world use), two charts SIM, Bluetooth 2.0, a touchscreen of 2,6 inches in WQVGA and 240*400 pixels, an accelerometer (for the function shake allowing to change basic screen, images or MP3… in a movement of the wrist), a slot microSD to increase the memory up to 16 Go, Java 2,0 to install new applications, a camera with double objective (face and back), a radio operator FM with a recording mode, a play (puzzle) and functions multimedia (camera, video camera, viewer photographs, vocal recorder, eBook).
