The cellular service providers are beginning to offer their own hybrid cellular / Wi-Fi that leverage the strengths of each. Calling VoIP which is based on Wi-Fi is the most effective solution for homes, offices and public hotspots where broadband connections offer reliable and inexpensive. Moreover, cellular service works best in the area where the Wi-Fi is not available.
